General Hospital Spoilers: Anna Refuses to Cooperate – Emma Kidnapped, Held As Bargaining Chip?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that if Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) refuses to participate in Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) games, the villain could kidnap Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) and hold her hostage as a bargaining tool.

It remains uncertain as to why Anna was taken and is being held captive on Spoon Island; however, as Pascal (Marc Forget) is the one catering to Anna’s needs, Sidwell is clearly behind the mind games to some capacity.

Anna is doing her best to remain calm and focused, considering the situation she’s in, but if she’s pushed to her limits, she may refuse to cooperate, moving forward.

Sidwell is a master manipulator, as his secret investor is still mysterious. With that said, both of them may have a plan that involves Anna’s help to further their diabolical scheme.

During the Thursday, December 18 episode, Pascal brought Anna a meal, and under the tray, she found a copy of Faison’s book, which he wrote as PK Sinclair.

Interestingly enough, PK Sinclair was also an alias Peter August (Wes Ramsey) used for a book he penned.

There was an inscription in the novel that read, “For my muse -C.”

Without much insight into Anna’s plight, as GH viewers haven’t seen her since, there’s a good chance the next time Anna appears on the canvas; she won’t be willing to participate in anything Pascal serves moving forward.

Perhaps information or intel will be requested, and Anna will decline.

Maybe she literally stops following any instructions made to her, which is when Sidwell/his secret investor will have to play dirtier.

Anna is well-loved in Port Charles, but the only family she has in town currently is the apple of her eye, her granddaughter, Emma.

If Anna could easily disappear with ease as a superspy trained to always be on the lookout, then Emma has no hope of escape.

Without knowing how big the prison at Wyndemere is, Emma could be kidnapped and held hostage in the same building as Anna, with a video camera placed on her so that Anna knows that her captors mean business.

Emma being taken would definitely inspire Anna to cooperate with any information or intel, but could it also open a door for her to figure out an escape to save both her and her granddaughter?

General Hospital spoilers note that no one has batted an eyelash since Anna left town, but if Emma mysteriously left too, this could trigger suspicion from mutual loved ones and a potential search, especially if Giovanni “Gio” Mazza voiced concerns to his police chief dad, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
