General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, January 7: Trina & Kai’s Wrong Shooter – Michael’s Worst Fear – Drew Testimony Prep

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, January 7, reveal that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will soon realize they have the wrong shooter. Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will also open up about his worst fear while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) does some testimony prep, so let’s talk about what’s in store.

For starters, Trina will tell Kai that they need to drop this and stay out of it.

After Michael mentioned his special ringtone for Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) on the stand, Kai and Trina jumped to the conclusion that Michael lied and was actually in the house that night.

Of course, there are some problems with that theory.

Kai already confirmed he knew Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star is the ringtone that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) uses for Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante), so why would Michael use that ringtone for Wiley, too?

Plus, doesn’t Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star seem a little girly?

t’s far more likely that Michael’s ringtone for Wiley is some music cue from Star Wars or whatever else Wiley is into these days.

Kai and Trina will end up turning to Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) for help on Wednesday’s GH episode.

Gio has spent a lot of time at the Quartermaine mansion around Michael and Wiley, so he may be able to confirm the ringtone Michael uses for his son isn’t Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.

Perhaps the point of all this is to get the wheels turning for Trina and Kai on the whole ringtone situation.

Kai and Trina may eventually realize Drew and Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) have the same ringtone for Scout – meaning SHE was in the house and was the apparent shooter.

Whatever the case, Trina and Kai have another major shooter realization coming up later this week, so they aren’t done trying to solve the mystery.

As for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he won’t trust himself to do something regarding this case and may push Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) to do it instead.

Dante will also confide in Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) on Wednesday’s show and get some support since he’s starting to worry Michael might actually be guilty.

Over with Michael, he open up to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and just hope his lies haven’t cost him his children.

Michael’s worst fear would be getting separated from Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) – whether it be through losing custody or even going to prison.

The last thing Michael wants is for the kids to end up back with Willow under Drew’s roof!

Over with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), General Hospital spoilers say she’ll come to a stunning conclusion. Will that be about the possibility of Michael’s guilt or perhaps nailing down Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) as an eavesdropper culprit?

“It if is him, heaven help him,” Tracy says in Wednesday’s preview video.

Next, Drew will talk to Alexis and want no doubt about the reason she’s putting him on the stand.

Alexis may acknowledge Drew’s in the best position to defend Willow to the jury, but she’ll worry about him losing his temper during his testimony.

Although Alexis will push Drew to stay calm, he won’t stick to that plan when it’s time for him to testify.

In the meantime, Wednesday’s show will also bring some relief for Laura Collins (Genie Francis), Nathan’s chance to trade info with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and some shocking news for Michael.
