Taj Jackson Speaks Out After Photos of Michael Jackson Appear in Epstein Files

Taj Jackson is speaking out after photos of his uncle Michael Jackson surfaced in newly released Epstein related documents.

On Friday, heavily redacted files connected to Jeffrey Epstein were made public, reigniting online speculation and prompting familiar accusations that Jackson family members say have long been debunked.

Among the materials circulated were photos showing Michael Jackson in the same space as Epstein. The images quickly began spreading across social media, with critics attempting to draw conclusions without context. Fans were equally quick to push back, citing past reporting and timelines that contradict any narrative suggesting wrongdoing by the King of Pop.

Taj Jackson took to X to publicly thank fans for stepping in and correcting misinformation.

“Thank you to all the MJ fans for once again quickly and accurately setting the record straight. I know how tiring and frustrating it can be to deal with media propaganda and smear campaigns aimed squarely at my uncle.”

He emphasized that Michael Jackson continues to be used as a convenient distraction whenever high profile scandals resurface.

Jackson continued by addressing what he believes is a recurring pattern. “Especially when it’s plain to see he is constantly being used as a distraction, scapegoat and or smoke screen for others.” His statement reflected long standing frustration within the Jackson family, who have repeatedly denied and challenged accusations tied to Michael’s name years after his death.

He also had direct words for critics and outlets amplifying the images without verification. “And to the trolls, trashy media, haters and click baiters. This is not our first rodeo and collectively our voices have proven, despite whatever lies you try to spread, the truth with always win out in the end.”

He made it clear that the family is prepared for repeated attempts to revive controversy and remains confident that the facts speak for themselves.

For Taj and many fans, the resurfacing of these photos is another example of how the late artist’s name is used to generate attention rather than truth.
