General Hospital Spoilers: Michael’s Witness Stand Confession, Alexis Upends Willow’s Case
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) has some witness stand turmoil ahead of him. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) may force a confession to upend Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) case, so let’s talk about how things might play out in court.
In the December 23 episode, Alexis received an anonymous letter informing her that Michael was at Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) house the night of the shooting.
The letter also indicated that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) saw Michael while she was there.
This news is obviously coming from the mysterious eavesdropper who was lurking outside the Quartermaine mansion recently.
GH writers made it seem like it was Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) who listened in on that conversation, so we’ll see if he’s eventually revealed as the spy.
Regardless, Alexis now has some intel that could work in Willow’s favor.
Of course, there’s no proof that what’s in this letter is accurate, so Alexis may want to do a little more digging before the trial resumes.
The traffic cam footage of Willow has been corrupted, but the discovery of it prompted a search for more footage of the area.
Maybe there’s still a chance Michael could get busted on video depending on how the continued investigation plays out.
It’s also possible Alexis could try to figure out who sent the letter and make sure their testimony comes into play.
If Alexis can’t get hard evidence, she may just have to hope she can trip Michael and Tracy up on the stand.
If Alexis can get one or both to admit the truth, it could go a long way toward creating reasonable doubt in Willow’s case.
Tracy has already been concerned about the possibility of Alexis putting her back on the stand and throwing more questions at her.
Michael downplayed things, but he’ll soon find himself sweating through a courtroom grilling session of his own.
If Michael gets backed into a corner with new proof or even just ends up flustered, he could blurt out the truth.
Michael might admit he was at Drew’s house, but Alexis’ strategy could backfire again if he points the finger at Willow.
Perhaps Michael will admit he saw Willow coming out of Drew’s place and confirm that she was inside the house at the time of the shooting.
Alexis’ attempt to make Michael look guilty could make Willow look worse depending on who the jury believes.
